Stocker Soccer Terms and Conditions

Please note that by playing in our leagues you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:



Football is a contact sport and there is always an element of risk to players and spectators.

Stocker Soccer does not provide personal injury insurance. Players are advised to provide their own personal injury insurance cover.

Stocker Soccer does not accept liability for injuries and/or death and all participants accept the dangers involved in participating in a contact sport.

Stocker Soccer can not be held responsible for damage to personal property or loss of personal property

Players must be 16 years of age or older to participate.

  •  Participants agree and understand that the organisers do not own or have exclusive occupation of premises used for the leagues,and have little or no control in respect of persons admitted to the premises  during games and have little or no control as to how the premises are used and left before and/or after matches
  • Team Captains are responsible for ensuring that they do not allow their team participants to commence a game until and unless they are completly satisfied that the surface and other conditions are safe for the activity in question having due regard to the characteristics of their team.
  • Participants must report to the organisers at the earliest opportunity regarding any perceived dangers, violence  or any other misconduct of whatever form.



When a team joins a Stocker Soccer leaguby commit to the duration of at least 1 season.

Stocker Soccer reserves the right toe, either by phone, internet, e-mail or post, they are forming a contract with Stocker Soccer adhering to these terms and there refuse entry or exclude any participant, team or organisation from its competition without giving a reason.stered into the next/new season unless 1 weeks’ notice of your desire to exit the league has been given by the team captain. Notice shall be given in writing, by post, e-mail or via our website). Failure to give notice will result in the team being liable for the standTeams are automatically regiard match fee for each of the remaining games. Exit of the league can only take place at the end of the season and the length of the league varies from league to league depending on the number of teams participating.

It is the team captain's responsibility to ensure that all players are registered with Stocker Soccer. There is no limit on the amount of players you register. Any players wishing to join a team once the season has started needs to be registered also. Participants must be 16 years of age and above.

By registering to play in a Stocker Soccer league, the team captain agrees to the rules of the league and must ensure the team are aware of the rules and that they also abide by them.

The team captain is responsible for all participants playing in the team and all payments/arrears. In entering a team, the captain agrees to this responsibility.

The match fees are determined by Stocker Soccer are subject to change.

If a team is not able to attend a fixture, a 5-0 win is awarded.

Any outstanding match fees owed will be passed on to an external debt collection agency. Teams owing money will also be liable for costs of recovering the debt.

If a team fails to show up for a fixture without contacting Stocker Soccer the team will be removed from the league.



Football is a contact sport which poses a risk to all participants and spectators. Participants/spectators agree to take full responsibility for any injuries that may occur. Stocker Soccer does not accept liability for any injuries and/or death and all participants play with full knowledge and acceptance of the risks involved. No responsibility can be taken for any loss or damage to personal property.


Stocker Soccer may use photos and videos of games played for display on our website. Stocker Soccer owns the rights to these pictures and videos and can use them for promotion. Teams or players must specify when they join the league if they do not want their pictures displayed.
